How to open an Account
1. Download and complete the following:Application Form and Terms of Business
Ensure form is properly signed and all relevant areas are completed.
Before returning the form make sure you have read the understand the Risk Disclosure Notice, Terms of Business, Summary Conflicts of Interest Policy and the Execution Policy.
2. Provide the following Identity Documentation for verification:
For Name Verification
A certified copy of current valid passport or drivers license
(A certified copy is one that has been signed and stamped as ‘a true copy of the original’ by a solicitor, commissioner for Oaths, Garda, or bank official.)
For Address Verification
Two forms of proof of address, which can include:

Original Utility Bill (Gas, electricity, landline etc)

Bank statement, credit union statement or credit card bill

Current balancing statement from Revenue Commissioners

Social insurance documents

Current Household/motor insurance documents (a quotation is not acceptable)

Notification of Determination of Tax Credits or C2 Tax Certificate
(An original of each item above is accepted and must be less than six months old)
For joint applicants, such information is requested for both parties
